Just Checking In!

Today we are going to do a comprehensive well check.

First, let’s look at all the progress we’ve made this month.
All the things we get to celebrate by the healthy habits we put in place. How good does that feel?
How GOOD do you feel?

Now, let’s think of what we might want to improve. What we might reintroduce.
Maybe we go for another 4 weeks?
Maybe we move onto something else?
What are we happy with and what do we want to change?

Next, we’re going to revisit our measurements we took on Day 1.
Yep! It’s time to get some data on your progress if you haven’t already.
We need them all- weight, measurements, mood, energy.  Don’t forget the pictures!

Lastly, we’re going to let it all sink in.
All your hard work and your progress
Celebrate yourself!
