A vegan queso dip that tastes so yummy, you will completely forget it’s dairy free!
In attempts to go a little bit more plant based this year we are eating a lot more vegan products and recipes. For the Super Bowl, I knew I wanted cheese sauce so I decided to give a vegan queso dip recipe a try. Guys, it’s so good! And soo easy!
You can presoak the cashews or if you’re like me and didn’t think ahead of time- following this recipe for the dip to come together quickly. Adding hot water softens the cashew.
Vegan Queso Dip
a dairy free nacho cheese dip you're going to love!
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/3 cup nutrtional yeast
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions

Mix everything in a food processor or blender till smooth, scrapping sides when needed.
Save this dip in the fridge for up to 4 days. If I lasts that long!
