Valentines Fit Date Style
Being a fitness enthusiast, dates that include moving the body are my favorite! I’ve planned a fit date for both my close girlfriends and with my hubby. Keep reading to see what I’m going to wear!
I was thinking how about 15 years ago, cute workout clothes were non-existent. Everyone wore sweatpants and an oversized t-shirt to workout. Let’s just take a small moment to praise that has all changed.
Now we can get cute workout clothes almost anywhere, and man is it addicting. If you’re still wearing old clothes that don’t make you feel good when you exercise, I challenge you to purchase just one workout outfit that is cute or flattering. I promise it makes a world of difference when you go to hit your workout for the day. Try this small act of self care and let me know how you feel.
This month I have to fitness dates planned. My first date is a small event that I’ve planned for my close friends and clients. We are having a candle making and restorative yoga night with 1880 Candle Co. I am so excited for this, as I’ve been planning it in my head since early fall.
The second fit date is Couple Cricuit with my husband over at Turbo Zone. Something else I’ve been looking forward to do since their last Couple’s Cricuit a few months ago.
So what’s my fits for my fit dates? I recently discovered long sleeve sports bra tops – so I found this gorgeous cross back one on Amazon in a pretty deep red for this month of love. Pairing with the classic black yoga pants (my favorite are Zyia), a oversized blanket wrap from FabFitFun and winter boots– because there is still snow on the ground here in Dayton, OH.
If you’re interested copying this look, I’ve linked up the same items and some similar.
Make sure you’re following me on Instagram, as I’m sure I’ll be sharing these events in my stories later this month!
