With all things fall comes the pumpkin spice latte craze. My Protein PSL recipe is easy and one you’ll want to make over and over again!

The very first Pinterest recipe I ever made was my own pumpkin spice latte. I was so excited to make my own syrup infused with pumpkin puree, clove, and cinnamon. It became a staple I made every fall!

I do not drink as many sugary coffee drinks anymore but I am still #TeamPSL. I wanted to create a version that was a little healthier and possibly a meal replacement. Just by adding a few ingredients- like my pumpkin spice seasoning mix– into my protein shake created a yummy at home pumpkin spice latte!

Protein PSL

Easy pumpkin spice latte plus protein and without all the added sugar!

Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tbsp pumpkin spice seasoning
  • 8 oz brewed coffee
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 4 oz unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in blender until frothy. 

  2. Sip and enjoy!
