Keep Santa healthy this year with my protein PB Blossoms!
Yes, cookie season is here. And maybe you’re like me and have a weakness for cookies. They are possibly my favorite sweet treat.
Last year I was determined to make some of my favorite cookies healthier.. and this recipe turnout to be a big hit with the family! The kids have already been asking when I’m going to make my blossoms this season.
They are so good that I have to share. Pin it, bake them, try them- and I promise you won’t be disappointed!
Protein PB Blossoms
a healthy twist on a classic holiday cookie.
Ingredients
- 2 cup unsweetened creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup vanilla Shakeology
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 36 pieces dark chocolate Hershey Kisses unwrapped
- coconut oil spray
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the chocolate kisses and stir

Form into balls and place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and lightly spray with coconut oil

Bake for 10 minutes

Remove from oven and press one chocolate kiss onto each cookie

TIP: gently press kisses on cookies IMMEDIATELY from oven; then let cookies cool completely before removing from pan.
