Can you believe we are almost done with our first week!

Today let’s do a little well check on how we are doing so far.

How do you feel now that your body has adjusted to the changes?

Have you learned anything this week?

Any part of the program that needs more of your focus for week 2?

Anything that has surprised you so far?

Since there are no scheduled program workouts, you can use this time to get caught up on any class you missed during the work week. If you missed a day, no biggie! With only four classes a week, there is wiggle room. If M/T & Th/F schedule doesn’t fit your week, I encourage you to move the classes to days that work better for you. You’re more likely to stick to a workout routine if it fits your schedule.
