Happy Gut Recipe – Coconut Yogurt Fruit Bowl

As food is life, it’s important that it tastes good right? Thankfully there are so many yummy healthy recipes out there. Every Thursday, there will be a new gut healthy recipe posted for you to try.

 

Coconut Yogurt Fruit Bowl

-Ingredients-

1/3 cup coconut yogurt

1 cup fruit of choice

2 tsp hemp seeds

 

-Directions-

Place yogurt in bowl, top with fresh fruit and sprinkle with hemp seeds.

 

-Container Count-

1 Blue, 1 purple, 1 orange
