The start line is here and I’m so excited to cross it with you! Let’s promise to give our best as we navigate this first week. Most importantly let’s remember to give ourselves – our bodies and eating habits are going through an adjustment. It’s okay to be a beginner here, we all are!
Today is the first class of 4 Weeks for Everybody. In today’s PULL we’ll combine weights with the core ball as we strengthen our biceps, back, glutes and quads. The workout trackers are another great way to measure progress. Have them handy- record your weight selection and how many reps you completed.
