I frequently pack resistance loops when I travel because they are so light! The workout I’m sharing today I did in my hotel room when I was in Germany this past spring. Complete 10 reps of each exercise (on each side when applicable) and repeat each Block before moving onto the next!

Standing Side Bend
Single Leg Glute Bridge
