Quick and easy, my apple nacho recipe is the perfect spring snack.
The days are getting longer and warmer weather is upon us. It has me thinking of being outside more and lighter snacks.
There is one recipe I’ve been meaning to make for a long time, it’s so simple and easy. The other day it was sunny and over 60 and I thought “today is the day”- I’m making this snack!
Apple nachos only take a few minutes to make and are so yummy. Warming up the peanut butter makes it all melty and super yummy.
The kids thought this was a super fun way to eat an apple snack too and something we’ll be making more this spring!
