Kettebells are a great tool for exercise! The types of movement with a kettlebell workout promotes functional strength with flexibility. Plus it is cardio and strength all in one which is always a bonus! I’m sharing a 25 minute kettlebell workout that I did last week. Warning- my legs and abs were sore for a few days! #nopainnogain
I used a 10lb kettlebell for this workout. If you do not own a kettlebell you can substitute with a dumbbell. Run through each exercise, then repeat the round before moving on. Make sure on those single side exercises that you complete a set with the other side!
