Strawberry Energy Bites

Quick, sweet and delicious treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup freeze dried strawberries, crushed
  • 1/2 cup sunflower butter
  • 2 scoops strawberry protein powder of choice
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave (if needed)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together.

  2. Form small balls with the mixture. If needed, now add in honey/agave if batter is not sticky enough.

  3. Chill in fridge for 1 hour.

  4. Enjoy!

  5. Bites keep best in the fridge.
