Halloween HITT | Style In Shape

No tricks about it- a little halloween HIIT is the workout you need to do before treating tonight!

Happy Halloween babes!

My kids are so excited for tonight- and I am too! We usually have a few other kiddos over to join us for Beggar’s night. We have chili and cornbread before hitting up our hood. I picked these pumpkin placemats for the dinner table tonight. How cute are they? The little’s and I made a banner to hang up too. Add some apple cider mules and we are all set!

I knew my day was going to be packed with last minute tasks before people come over. (current state of house: Hot Mess Stage III) Not wanting to miss exercising I put a quick high intensity interval training workout together. Hopefully this is done before the kids wake. If not it is short enough to do during nap time that I can still cross a task or two off my to-do list and get my workout done!

All body weight drills to work your core, legs, and arms with little bursts of cardio to torch calories!¬†Complete one to three rounds ¬†for a full body quick workout.
