healthy is trendy!

Peplums, I hope you never go out of style. I really wasn’t a huge fan when you circled back into trend few years ago- but now I’m in love with your flounce. Give me a sleeveless version of you, and it brings all the feels.

There’s just something about a sleeveless peplum top that makes me feel confident and ready to take on whatever the day brings! Peplum tops provide some body definition without being too tight. Seriously, this is one of the best silhouettes to hide that last bit of baby weight I’m trying to shake! Fun fact- I also wore this top a lot early in my pregnancy until I was ready to tell everyone I was expecting.

Pairing an olive peplum blouse with my favorite black skinny pants and a comfortable low wedge sandal makes a great look for the office. I love the v neck and zipper on the back on this top! I threw on a leather double wrap cuff, leather detailed collar necklace and gold studs to complete my look.

My blouse is a few years old from Wet Seal- which I believe is no longer in business. However I’ve rounded up a few that are around the same price point (under $30). This off-the-shoulder peplum top is super cute- not really work wear, but would be great for the weekend! This one shoulder peplum sweater is also super adorable; would be great paired with some skinny dress pants for early fall! For a version that is work appropriate, this lace one is so sweet; I really like it in blush. For a more casual look, I really love both the tank and long sleeve versions of this relaxed peplum-hem. I own both of these- I’d recommend sizing up to achieve the look on the model. (See a post about them here) And while I was browsing to link up for you babes, I stumbled across a chambray version that would be so great for fall! I’d pair it with some olive skinnies or black jeans!
