healthy is trendy!

It’s July (my birthday month, woo!), and the year of the shoulder show game is STILL strong. What I’m loving the most about this trend is it’s flirting with all the different styles out there. Workout gear, casual, athleisure, formal, swimwear and even professional looks! I see so many adorable cold shoulder and off the shoulder tops that I would love to purchase but my reality is 5 out of 7 days a week my outfits adhere to my company’s dress code policy making some options not office friendly. I was really excited when I came across a few off the shoulder and cold shoulder tops that were more modest and professional!

I have three outfits to share today that are prefect for my 9to5- hopefully some #officestyleinspo for you!

First up is this white off the shoulder top. The poplin material makes this shirt structured and perfect for work-wear. How cute are the ties on the sleeves?

I kept my outfit simple by pairing with a classic navy trousers and nude slides. Added some jeweled stack bracelets and matching earrings to add a little something fun.

Next up is a cold shoulder button up! That’s right, you read right: cold shoulder + button up! This is like the most grown-up cold shoulder shirt I’ve seen! I was really excited to add this top to my closet.

I put it together with blush skinnies, nude strappy heels and popped in my favorite black diamond earring studs to complete this look! Ignore the wrinkles, that’s what happens when outfit pictures are taken after a full day of work. I have some white and black wide leg pants this top would look great with! I can’t wait to wear it with some distressed jeans for a night out!

My last look to share includes this super cute ruffled cold shoulder blouse. It’s pretty sheer so I threw a cami underneath to make it work-appropriate. I think if I wear it on the weekend I’d skip the cami & just go for it.

I love the soft ruffle across the top and the airy sleeves! I combined these wide linen pants I purchased at Target many years ago with block heeled cognac sandals & a skinny navy belt. Added a pair of faux diamond earrings and this look is way stylish for the office!

A few other office-friendly tops I’m loving include this ruffle mock turtleneck neck cold shoulder blouse- I love it in yellow but the navy is pretty too! This white off the shoulder button down would pair so well with a pencil skirt. A lace short sleeve cold shoulder blouse combined with white skinnies or a full skirt would be so cute! This key-hole front cold shoulder top would be great with jeans for casual Friday’s!
